CONSUMABLES RECOVERY PROGRAM

OKI Data is committed to high environmental standards at stages of a product's life cycle - including design, manufacture and distribution of its products. We are constantly striving to design eco-friendly packaging and substitute materials for greener alternatives wherever possible. OKI Data is proud to offer recovery efforts with the OKI Eco Program to recover toner cartridges and image drums. This is a free service to our customers which allows you to ship select supplies via prepaid/pre-addressed label to our central reclamation center.

How to participate
Please use the UPS Return Label that is included in each OKI Consumable that is eligible for acceptance under our return policy. Each item that has the UPS Return Label packaged in the replacement consumable you have purchased is eligible for return under our recovery program. The instructions for the return are included in each eligible consumable. if your item does not include the label, that item is deemed not eligible for return under our program and should be disposed of in accordance with your local recycling/disposal ordinances and guidelines.
